BREADMORE family members are now spread around the world in New Zealand, Australia, USA, Japan, Chile and Canada. I am in contact with a number of BREADMORE relations, many of whom have sent me up-to-date information on both 20th century and 21st century family members abroad. In England the main concentration of the BREADMORE name remains in the Wiltshire, Berkshire and Hampshire areas. Modern day BREADMOREs appear to be particularly sporty with participants in gymnastics, basketball, hockey, cricket, wrestling, ice hockey, golf, darts, swimming, horse riding, football, soccer, tennis, skiing, squash, bowling, rugby and rowing, ranging from local to national levels. Occupations in the 21st century have changed dramatically from 1881 and now include Church Ministers, an electrician, Hotel manager, Doctor, nurses, Company director, teachers, librarian and members of the Navy, civil defence, police and fire services.
